PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately discharge moisture generated from a recording sheet in a fixing device out of an image forming apparatus and to suppress curling of a recording sheet, by using a current of exhaust air generated after a power source unit incorporated in the image forming apparatus is cooled. SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus, a power source unit 100 is disposed below a fixing device 8, and a suction type fan 110 is disposed at a side of the power source unit 100. Air sucked from the outside of the image forming apparatus 10 by the fan 110 is sent to the power source unit 100 from the fan 110, as indicated by arrow X(1). A current of exhaust air cooled by the power source unit 100 flows upwards in the image forming apparatus 100, as a raising current of air, as indicated by arrow X(2). The current of exhaust air flows through a rectifying member 200 provided with a rectifying plate 210, and decreases the distribution of axial flow rate. The current of exhaust air appropriately discharges moisture vaporized from a recording sheet S in the fixing device 8 out of the image forming apparatus 10, or appropriately cools the recording sheet S, thereby suppressing curling of the sheet S.
