PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine automatic start/stop control device performing an automatic stop control of an engine for sufficient air-conditioning performance of an air-conditioning device. SOLUTION: The engine automatic start/stop control device is provided with: a means for estimating transition of an engine water temperature with time when the engine is stopped, and setting an engine stop condition based on the transition of the estimated engine water temperature; a means for stopping the engine when the set stop condition is satisfied; a means for setting a start condition automatically starting the engine based on a blowoff temperature as a temperature of air blown from the air-conditioning device 40, when the air-conditioning device 40 is in operation during the stop of the engine; and an economy running ECU 10 functioning as a means for indicating the start of the engine when the set start condition is satisfied.
