PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for screening multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MDRP), enabling the MDRP to be detected rapidly and readily, and to provide applications (an MDRP detection method) thereof. SOLUTION: The medium for screening the multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa is constituted by adding a carbapenem-based, fluoroquinolone-based and aminoglycoside-based antimicrobial agents to a Pseudomonas aeruginosa selective medium.
