PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding machine with an inspection device which is excellent in a space saving property and operation workability. SOLUTION: The folding machine with the inspection device includes: a machine frame body wherein a conveyor mechanism including a plurality of conveyors for conveying sheet-like articles and a folding mechanism having the folding means of the sheet-like articles conveyed by the conveyor mechanism are disposed; the inspection device including an imaging part, an illumination part and an operation part having a display screen; and a control part having the display screen and a control board. The operation part of the inspection device is integrally disposed on one side surface of the machine frame body, the control part is integrally disposed on the other side surface of the machine frame body, and the display screen of the operation part and the display screen of the control part are disposed on the same plane adjacent to the side surface of the machine frame body.
