PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dispersibility of wax in a toner, and to provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in offset resistance and in storability in a hot environment (hot storage resistance). SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner includes at least a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent wherein the binder resin includes a polyester resin and a block copolymer having a polyolefin skeleton.
