<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake volume detector for an engine with a supercharger, suppressing an increase in a detected value of filling efficiency detected with an airflow sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An engine 1 is provided with an electric supercharger system (ESS) 4. The degree of supercharging of the ESS 4 is freely set with an ECU 6. When the ESS 4 is in a non-supercharging state, a limiting value A is set as a detected value of the airflow sensor (AFS) 21, thereby suppressing the increase in the detected value.
