<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light, small and easy-to-clean apparatus for a viscous material molding extrusion apparatus, in which a viscous material chunk such as clay and fish-paste packed in a tubular body is pressurized with an extruding piston, with a string viscous material having an arbitrary cross section continuously extruded and molded. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a pantograph jack having an apex in the tip end and extending/contracting in parallel to the upper face of a base; a tubular body positioned and fixed coaxially with the movable center axis in the apex; an extruding piston inserted/removed from the rear opening of the tubular body: and a nozzle part fixed in the front opening to be the other end of the tubular body. The tip end of the extruding piston or the rear end of the tubular body is rotated or removed so as to be separated from the upper face of the base. As a result, in the back of the rear opening of the tubular body, there is secured a viscous material packing preparation space in which the viscous material of a prescribed shape can be packed.
