PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely confirm where a family and friends are located and whether they are safe when a disaster occurs. SOLUTION: Portable terminals automatically transmit their own positions at which they receive emergency disaster information to a predetermined server when they receive the emergency disaster information. The server stores the emergency disaster information which is received from the portable terminals for each portable terminal. When receiving a reference from the other terminal, the server notifies a person of the information on the position of the portable terminal to which the reference is made.
