INTEGRATED COAL GASIFICATION COMBINED CYCLE POWER GENERATION FACILITY

Provided is an integrated coal gasification combined cycle power generation facility wherein a coal pulverizer can be operated using gas turbine exhaust gas as drying gas even if the oxygen concentration of gas turbine exhaust gas used as drying gas increases temporarily.  The integrated coal gasification combined cycle power generation facility, which uses the combustion exhaust gas of a gas turbine (8) as drying gas for a coal pulverizer (1), and regulates the temperature of the drying gas by mixing the outlet gas of a denitrator (9a) installed in an exhaust gas boiler (9) and the outlet gas of the exhaust gas boiler (9), is equipped with an auxiliary burner (20) which is actuated when the oxygen concentration of the drying gas increases over a predetermined value and installed to regulate the oxygen concentration of the drying gas by produced combustion exhaust gas.
