Agent comprises at least one combination of amino-functionalized silicones. Independent claims are also included for: (1) permanent care of human hair, comprising: mixing a hair cleansing and caring preparation with a further preparation containing the agent in a cosmetic carrier; applying the resulting mixture on the hair at 20-60[deg] C for a reaction time of 5 seconds to 45 minutes; and subsequently rinsing the hair with water; and (2) a multiple-component packaging unit comprising at least two separately assembled containers, where the first container containing at least one cleaning- and/or care agent having a pH of 2-8 in a cosmetic carrier and the second container containing the combination of amino-functionalized polysiloxane comprising at least one amino-functionalized dimethiconol-derivative of formula (HO-[-Si(CH 3) 2-O-] m-[-Si(R)(CH 3)-O-] n-[-Si(CH 3) 2-O-] o-H) (I), and N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-dimethoxymethylsilane and N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane, at a pH of 5.5-8.5. R : an alkyl side chain having at least one protonizable nitrogen atom, preferably 2-aminoethyl, 3-aminopropyl, 2-(N-methylamino)ethyl, 3-(N-methylamino)propyl, 3-(N,N-dimethylamino)-2-hydroxypropyl, N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-aminoethyl, N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-aminoethyl, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-aminopropyl, N,N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-aminoethyl, N,N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-aminopropyl, N-(2-methoxyethyl)-2-aminoethyl or N-(2-methoxyethyl)-3-aminopropyl; and m, n, o : 0-200. Provided that at least one of m, n or o is not equal to zero.
