<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the service life of a device using the structure for connecting a motor shaft and a hollow shaft to each other by preventing fretting. <P>SOLUTION: This structure for connecting a motor shaft and a hollow shaft to each other includes: the motor shaft 110; the hollow shaft 124, into which the motor shaft 110 is fitted in the axial direction and which is connected to the motor shaft 110 to transmit power by a key 112 and a key groove 110A as power transmitting means; and a holding cover 118 engaged with the motor shaft 110 and the hollow shaft 124.
