HIGH-VOLTAGE OUTPUT DRIVER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detect a connection error of a load even if the a drive power voltage changes.

SOLUTION: In a high-voltage output driver, the drive power voltage is changed according to a control signal. Amplifiers AP1 and AP2 output drive currents to be supplied from the drive power voltage to a load PZ. A detected voltage according to a flowing current is generated in a current detecting resistor R20. A comparator CP51 compares the detected voltage with its threshold, and outputs a frequency signal according to the change of the detected voltage on the basis of the comparison results.
