PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure positions for measuring radiation amounts.

SOLUTION: In a radiation work management system, base stations 200-270 include sensitivity-different receiving parts. The stably receivable receiving part is selected, and an impulse radio wave is received from a radiation work management device 100. A monitoring management server 300 calculates the position of the radiation work management device 100 on the basis of a received time of the impulse radio wave of each base station 200-270, and stores it by making the calculated position associated with the measured result of a dose to be exposed.
