<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a problem wherein a service providing side of property and liability insurance business requires accurate information of an accident occurred in a process of physical distribution, and a problem wherein a customer side desires that occurred accident is analyzed quickly for a countermeasure of avoiding the physical distribution accident. <P>SOLUTION: A physical distribution accident management device manages article information of an objective article to be distributed, transportation point information correlated with the article information, while ranked with a plurality of pieces of route information as to a through point or a destination, and accident information about the accident occurred in the physical distribution, which is acquired serially from an outside, determines the presence of conflict thereamong, and outputs, as an accident occurrence point, the point ranked as the initial through point or destination, out of the respective pieces of route information included in the accident information, when the presence of no conflict is determined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
