<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire data required for diagnosis when a problem occurs in the event that there is a problem in a sensor signal generated in each rotation of a projecting key or a notch located at a moving part of a machine such as a rotating shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A system 100 includes a phase sensor 108 and a signal input 102 for receiving a phase signal 104 of a moving part 106 of a machine, an analog/digital converter 120 for converting the phase signal 104 to a digital signal 122, and a storage system 126 for storing the digital signal 122 when an abnormality occurs during the operation of the machine. A related method includes a step of acquiring the phase signal 104 from the phase sensor 108 that detects the phase of the moving part 106 of the machine, a step of converting the phase signal 104 to the digital signal 122, and a step of storing the digital signal 122 when an abnormality occurs during the operation of the machine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
