PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfluoropolyether compound composition which exhibits good electroconductivity, has a low friction coefficient, and is white. SOLUTION: The perfluoropolyether compound composition comprises at least perfluoropolyether and conductive titanium oxide. An amount of the blended conductive titanium oxide is preferably 1 mass% or more but 50 mass% or less based on the perfluoropolyether compound composition.
