PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a free-access floor, which enables the leading end of a rib of a panel body and a reinforcing plate member to be joined together in a stable state by means of a frictional agitating joint means by preventing the leading end of the rib of the panel body and the reinforcing plate member from being displaced from each other in a direction parallel to a surface of the reinforcing plate member. SOLUTION: This panel for the free-access floor includes: the panel body 22 which includes a flat plate 4 and the plurality of ribs 26 integrally formed on the backside of the flat plate 4; and the reinforcing plate member 64 which is joined to the leading ends of the plurality of ribs 26. By the frictional agitating and joint means, the leading ends of the plurality of ribs 26 and the reinforcing plate member 64 are joined together by fitting the leading end of the rib 26 between a pair of protrusions 65 which are formed on the reinforcing plate member 64. By the frictional agitating and joint means, the leading ends of the ribs of the panel body of the panel for the free-access floor and the reinforcing plate member are joined together in the stable state while being prevented from being displaced from each other in the direction parallel to the surface of the reinforcing plate member.
