<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device maintaining fuel injection precision over a long period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An ECU 4 for controlling a fuel injection valve 2 having a piezoelectric drive unit 24 for driving a needle 12 for controlling open/close of an injection hole 44, and a load sensor unit 23 for outputting a load signal according to a load acting on the piezoelectric drive unit 24, when it is decided that an internal combustion engine is in cold startup, calibrates the load sensor unit 23, based on charging energy accumulated in the piezoelectric drive unit 24 in a startup operation state or an idle operation state, a load acting on the load sensor unit 23 at this time, reference charging energy, and load stored in a memory means 5a.
