PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning-supplying device capable of supplying the predetermined number of aligning objects to the next process by aligning their postures, by preventing inclination of the cylindrical aligning objects. SOLUTION: This aligning-supplying device 45 has an aligning member 48 having a storage part 48a opening vertically and filled with the aligning object 208 in a horizontally and vertically layered state, a driving mechanism 50 for moving the aligning member 48 between a filling position and a discharge position, a supply mechanism for supplying the aligning object 208 to a supply member 47, a filling mechanism 51 for filling the aligning object 208 supplied to the supply member 47 one by one in the storage part 48a of the aligning member 48 in a filling position, that is, the filling mechanism 51 having a vertically moving filling member 53 and a receiving member 61 arranged liftably and receiving the aligning object 208 filled in the storage part 48a, and a discharge mechanism 70 for discharging and supplying the aligning object 208 filled in the storage part 48a of thee aligning member 48 in a discharge position to an external part from the lower side of the storage part 48a.
