PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a tea leaf plucker capable of preventing failure to turn on a cutting-blade switch or a blast switch when ending revolution or restarting harvest so as to eliminate troublesome switching work for the revolution or retraction. SOLUTION: A cutting-blade 22a, a second cutting-blade 22b and a blower 21 are automatically driven or stopped according to up-and-down movement of a mowing machine 22, thereby preventing the failure to turn on the cutting-blade switch 17d for driving the cutting-blade 22a and the second cutting-blade 22b. Alternatively, the blast switch 17e for driving the blower 21 when ending the revolution or restarting the harvest, and thereby also eliminating the troublesome switching work for stopping the cutting-blade 22a, the second cutting-blade 22b and the blower 21 for the revolution or the retraction.
