The element i.e. spring ring (1), has a toothing pointing inwards and provided by multiple of teeth (2), where each tooth is formed by two sections. One of the sections of the tooth rests against the spring ring and is mounted at an angle in reference to a spring ring level, where the angle amounts to 0 degree. The other section of the tooth is attached at an end of the former section turned away from the spring ring and is curved outward from a direction of the former section and till maximum limit of a vertical direction to the spring ring level. An independent claim is also included for a method for arrangement of sealing bellows.
