PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a yellow soil sauna for home use and a ceramic acupressure plate used in the same is provided to emit a large amount of far infrared rays and negative ions and to obtain acupressure effect as well as sterilization effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic acupressure plate which is used in a yellow soil sauna for home use comprises the following steps: a step molding a base material after mixing yellow soil powder of 40~60wt%, elvan powder 30~40wt%, tourmaline powder 10~20wt%, a release agent, and water 40wt% and drying the mixture; a step making an acupressure ball by heat-treating a part of the base material at 750~900°C; a step making a ceramic plate by sintering a plate material after putting the part of the base material and a mold and molding the board material by compressing with a press; and obtaining the acupressure plate by sintering the plate material after spreading the acupressure ball on a ceramic plate. |
