PURPOSE: A device for removing an asbestos containing ceiling tile and a construction method for removing an asbestos containing ceiling tile using the same are provided to prevent asbestos from being inhaled to a human body by previously collecting the asbestos. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing an asbestos containing ceiling tile comprises an electric screw driver extension bar(20), an asbestos dust suction nozzle(23), a ceiling tile support plate(11), and a ceiling tile support plate extension bar(13). The electric screw driver extension bar is connected to an electric screw driver(22) to eliminate screws of a ceiling tile. The asbestos dust suction nozzle inhales scattered asbestos dust and the screws. The ceiling tile support plate supports the ceiling tile separated from a lightweight steel-frame ceiling member. The ceiling tile support plate extension bar controls the height of the ceiling tile support plate.
