<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement information providing server and its terminal device for supplying a user with a landmark on a route and providing high advertising effects. <P>SOLUTION: Map information 100 is displayed on a display device 46 of a mobile terminal 40, a route 110 to a destination and image information 101 present on the route 110 are displayed on the map 100, and advertisement information 103 near the image information 101 is displayed.
