<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an articular surface implant by which a prosthesis member of the tibia element can be transplanted without requiring removal of the meniscus. <P>SOLUTION: The articular surface implant includes a bent support member with a cylindrical member having a first end and second end, an anchoring member configured to engage with a bone, and an intermediate mount member configured to connect the bent support member with the anchoring member. The first end is obliquely formed so as to generate an ellipse surface of the first end. The fist end forms a load support surface of the articular surface.
