<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce that balance of circulation of a developer is disrupted and the developer overflows from a developing device even if difference is caused in stop duration by difference between the inertia force of a developer carrier and that of a conveyance member. <P>SOLUTION: This developing device includes a developing chamber 3, a stirring chamber 4, a first conveyance screw 5 that is disposed inside the developing chamber 3 and conveys the developer toward the stirring chamber 4, a second conveyance screw 6 that is disposed inside the stirring chamber 4 and conveys the developer toward the developing chamber 3, a developing sleeve 8 that supports the developer supplied from the developing chamber 3 and conveys the developer to the stirring chamber 4 via a development position facing a photosensitive drum 10, motors 12, 13 for driving the developing sleeve 8, first conveyance screw 5, and second conveyance screw 6, and a controller 30 for controlling the driving of the developing sleeve 8 and second conveyance screw 6 so that at least the timing of starting the driving stop of the second conveyance screw 6 is later than timing of starting the driving stop of the developing sleeve 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
