<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter allowing miniaturization while improving reliability by preventing the shortcircuit of a lead terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter includes: a main circuit board including a main-circuit terminal block while including a copper-foil pattern electrically connecting one end to the main-circuit terminal block; and a power semiconductor including the lead terminals for electrical connection to the main-circuit terminal block. Openings for penetrating the lead terminals are formed between the end of the main-circuit board on the side of inputting and outputting wirings for the main-circuit terminal block and the other end of the copper-foil pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
