<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a lithographic printing plate for achieving excellent development performance, excellent resistance to dirt, and high printing durability and suppressing the influence of development scum in a developer, even when simple development treatment by use of a weak alkaline aqueous solution or a weak acid aqueous solution is applied to an original plate of the lithographic printing plate having a photosensitive layer. <P>SOLUTION: This method for making the lithographic printing plate includes a process for imagewise exposing the original plate of the lithographic printing plate constituted by providing the photosensitive layer containing a binder polymer, an ethylenically unsaturated compound, a polymerization initiator, and organically modified particles (A) having a particle diameter of 1 nm or more and 100 nm or less on a hydrophilic support, and a process for applying development treatment by use of one treatment liquid having pH of 2-10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
