<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition color filter forming an ultrafine square pattern and capable of suppressing the remaining of residues in a non-exposed portion, and a color filter prepared using the photosensitive resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition includes (A) an acryl-based binder resin having one or more carboxy groups, (B) an acryl-based photopolymerizable monomer, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, and (D) a solvent where at least one of the acryl-based binder resin or the acryl-based photopolymerizable monomer includes a blue dye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
