<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver distribution system for easily installing a new printer driver corresponding to a desired model, and to provide a print controller, a driver distribution method, and a driver updating program. <P>SOLUTION: When an instruction to install a driver of another model is received from an automatic updating screen to be displayed on a display, the driver updating application of a client apparatus 3 acquires a driver program corresponding to the designated model from an external server 2.
