<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which prevents image formation from being erroneously executed on an image formation condition set by a previous user and can easily continue image formation on the same image formation condition. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus 1, an operating part 5 has an input key, a start key and a restoration key. A holding part 6 holds an image formation condition inputted by the input key. A first processing part 8a executes image formation according to the image formation condition held in the holding part 6 when the start key is pressed down. A second processing part 8b resets the image formation condition held in the holding part 6 in initial setting when the image formation is executed by the depression of the start key. A storing part 7 stores the image formation condition inputted by the input key.
