<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can hold history information of a specific attribute for a long period of time by preventing a storage area from being exclusively occupied by history information of a similar attribute. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) is provided with an exclusive history area 60 which stores history information of a predetermined attribute and a general purpose history area 63 which is a general purpose storage in the memory area. Further a limit value which regulates storing to the exclusive history area 60 is set. When storing history information of a predetermined attribute, the MFP obtains the number of pieces of history information stored in the exclusive history area 60, and when the number is larger than the limit value, at least a part of the history information stored in the exclusive history area 60 is moved to the general purpose history area 63. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
