<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve complicated browsing work to individual files shared within a system of a company or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When a prepared file is a capsule file browsing of which is limited, each terminal unit 100 generates and stores an access right, retrieves a capsule file from stored files and transmits a file record including the ID, terminal ID and access right of each capsule file to a server 200. The server 200 keeps the file record transmitted from each terminal unit 100, and when receiving a browsing request for the kept file record from one of the terminal units 100, transmits all the file records within the range of permitting the browsing to the terminal unit 100 relating to the browsing request on the basis of the browsing request and the access right of the capsule file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
