PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform correction so as to make a charge current and a discharge current that is identical in charge pump capacitance. SOLUTION: This charge pump circuit having a first mode for receiving a charge control signal from the outside to increase a control voltage and receiving a discharge control signal from the outside, to reduce the control voltage and a second mode for performing a correction operation includes: a charging unit for causing a charge current to flow out through a first node according to the charge control signal; a discharging unit for absorbing a discharge current through a second node, according to the discharge control signal; a detection resistor, the one end of which is connected to the first node and the second node in the second mode; a voltage power supply for supplying a reference voltage to the other end of the detection resistance; and a correction part for performing correction so as to make the charging current flow out by the charging unit and the discharging current absorbed by the discharging unit which is identical, on the basis of the difference between voltage of the one end of the detection resistance, while the charging unit causes the charge current to flow out to the one end of the detection resistance and the discharging unit absorbs the discharge current from the one end of the detection resistance, and the reference voltage.
