PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of harnesses required for obtaining a detection signal of a sensor in a structure detecting the displacement or slope in the plurality of directions of an encoder, and the load or moment in a plurality of directions applied to a rolling bearing unit. SOLUTION: The phase difference A<SB>2</SB>-A<SB>1</SB>(B<SB>2</SB>-B<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>1</SB>) of output signals between the both sensors for each sensor pair 21a-21c is determined by a detector, and the three signals of these phase differences are send to a calculator. The phase difference between output signals of any one of the sensors of the sensor pair 21a and any one of the sensor pair 21b (21c) B-A(C-A) is derived by the calculator. The displacement or slope in the plurality of directions or the load or moment in the plurality of directions is calculated based on each of the phase differences.
