PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel capable of preventing cracks and disconnection of a circuit even when the liquid crystal panel is bent. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel includes an inorganic thin film 26 which constitutes at least a transistor, an electrode and wiring. A first substrate 10 has a first inner surface 14 opposed to a second substrate 12 and a first outer surface 16 opposite to the second substrate 12. The second substrate 12 has a second inner surface 18 opposed to the first substrate 10 and a second outer surface 20 opposite to the first substrate 10. The inorganic thin film 26 is formed so as to closely adhere to the first inner surface 14 or the second inner surface 18. A center C of the thickness from the first outer surface 16 to the second outer surface 20 is positioned in the inner part of the second substrate 12. The thickness T<SB>1</SB>of the first substrate 10, the thickness T<SB>2</SB>of the second substrate 12 and the interval D between the first and second inner surfaces 14 and 18 have a relation of T<SB>1</SB>+D<T<SB>2</SB>.
