PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent toner for electrostatic charge development which carries a moderately red-tinged hue as compared to the case that the content of a magenta pigment is not considered. SOLUTION: The transparent toner for electrostatic charge development includes at least a binder resin and a magenta pigment wherein the magenta pigment is included in an amount of 2-100 ppm based on the amount of the toner.
