<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device enabling to determine whether the weight of a suspended article is within an allowable range or not. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The suspension device H1 comprises a base 1 to be fixed to a ceiling plate C with a plurality of pins P1, P2, a hook member 3 having an upper end inserted into the base 1 in an up-and-down movable manner and a lower end provided with a hook 2, a spring 4 for holding the hook member 3 inside the base 1 with an ascent limit, and an alarm display part 5 for functioning with the hook member 3 moved down against the spring 4. It enables to visually and extremely easily determine whether the weight of a suspended article is within an allowable range or not and to prevent the case where the suspended article falls down from a ceiling, resulting in greatly improved reliability and safety.
