The method further includes creating one or more variants of at least one of the offer of service, the behavioral model, or the customer model and selecting one or more of the one or more variants that minimizes the churning of potential churn customers. The method also includes utilizing the selected one or more variants to update an offer of service to potential churn customers.</p>
