A seat for a vehicle. The seat includes a frame mount that is attachable to a vehicle frame, and a seat frame attached to the frame mount and including a side plate. The seat also includes a first pivot member and a second pivot member that are coupled between the frame mount and the side plate. Each of the pivot members is pivotable relative to the frame mount and the side plate such that the seat frame is movable relative to the frame mount. The seat further includes a lockout device that is coupled to the side plate and that includes a handle and a cam mechanism that is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The cam mechanism has first and second engagement members that are selectively engageable with the first and second pivot members to limit movement of the seat frame relative to the frame mount.
