PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof agent for a dried fruit coated with an acid component, which excellently prevents an acid component from absorbing moisture in providing the surface of a dried fruit with the acid component, a dried fruit coated with acid component and a method for preventing a dried fruit coated with an acid component from absorbing moisture. SOLUTION: The moisture-proof agent for a dried fruit coated with an acid component is a moisture-proof agent of an acid component used for a dried fruit to be coated with the acid component and includes vitamin C as an active ingredient.
