<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: Japanese come more often to contact an ever-increasing number of foreigners, problems occur due to difference in awareness or custom, a language problem being especially the largest one, whereas since the rate of attendance interpretation is so expensive that a customer cannot readily use it, a facility organization side providing a variety of services become less competitive due to a cost increase because a reward for the attendance interpretation is expensive and an interpreter's waiting time for a customer tends to be wasted. <P>SOLUTION: A facility organization which uses or is likely to use foreigners sign the contract with a provider side of the interpretation system, solve language problems by providing interpretation services at low costs or for free, so that the foreigners become frequent customers, the problem is turned to an opportunity, customer attraction is raised and sales can rise.
