PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the damage of a glass tube during measurement.
SOLUTION: The present invention for solving the problem provides a cell electrophysiological sensor comprising a component-mounted substrate 7 having through-holes 6, a glass tube 8 inserted into each through-hole 6, and a cell capture part (sensor chip 9) inserted into the glass tube 8, wherein the internal periphery of the through-hole 6 is provided with an annular protrusion 13 which comes into contact with the top of the glass tube 8, and the protrusion 13 has a sloped or curved surface inwardly protruded along the top-to-bottom direction. Thus, the head 11 of a partitioner or the probe-type electrode 10 can be led to the center of the through-hole 6 along the sloped or curved surface of the protrusion 13 while protecting the top of the glass tube 8 with the protrusion, and consequently the damage of the glass tubes 8 during measurement can be reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
