PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for forming a pipe drawing port having a plurality of insertion holes of resin pipes capable of easily and smoothly inserting a plurality of resin pipes into the insertion holes and drawing out the resin pipes from the insertion holes. SOLUTION: The tool for forming the pipe drawing port provides two half structures which are constituted of a first half-split body 21 and a second half-split body 31 opened and closed by a first hinge 13, forms a sheath pipe attaching part where an end of corrugated pipe in which three resin pipes are inserted is attached at one end of a tool for forming a pipe drawing port 1, forms a through-hole 8 for passing through a drain pipe 62 into a second drawing wall 6 at the other end of the tool for forming the pipe drawing port 1, and forms half-split holes 11 for inserting two water flow pipes 61 into a barrier wall 10 which is located inside the tool for forming the pipe drawing port 1.
