PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of specifying a non-cauterized area in a cauterization object part after cauterizing the cauterization object part. SOLUTION: A preoperative image processing part 10 specifies the position of the cauterization object part on the basis of volume data acquired by performing contrast photographing before cauterization. A postoperative image processing part 20 specifies the position of a cauterized area on the basis of volume data acquired by performing contrast photographing after the cauterization. A composite image processing part 30 positions images with the volume data before the cauterization and the volume data after the cauterization as objects, specifies the cauterization object part in the volume data after the cauterization, and specifies the position of the non-cauterized area in the volume data after the cauterization on the basis of the position of the cauterization object part and the position of the non-cauterized area.
