<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of the evaluation operation of an auditor who checks up electronic mails. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electronic mail check-up server 101 manages the thread identification information for each electronic mail. Also, when the setting information indicating that other electronic mail whose thread is the same as that of electronic mail to be audited should be audited is accepted, the electronic mail check-up server 101 retrieves the other electronic mail whose thread identification information is the same as the threshold identification information of the electronic mail.
