<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary mixer constituted so as not only to shorten a treatment time but also to well perform stirring-kneading without producing adhesion residues on the inner surface of a tank in a manufacturing step of ink, coating, ceramic, chemicals, food, an electronic material and various other products. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of frame-shaped stirring blades 3 subjected to planetary motion in a tank 2 so as to set the directions of revolution-rotation to opposite directions are provided. The planar single-sided cross section of each of the stirring blades is formed into an almost hexagonal cross-sectional shape and the width (d) of the planar single-sided cross section is formed to 0.145-0.3, preferably 0.15-0.25 with respect to the diameter D of each of the stirring blades. Further, the width (b) of the edge part of the planar single-sided cross section of each of the stirring blades is 4-15%, preferably 6-12% of the thickness W of the planar single-sided cross section of each of the stirring blades and the thickness W of each of the stirring blades is set to 0.2±0.05 with respect to the diameter D of each of the stirring blades.
