<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SAW resonance piece, a SAW resonator, and a method of manufacturing them. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the SAW resonance piece 12, a pair of SAW elements 18 (19), a pair of output terminals 32 (33), and an input terminal 28 are formed on a piezoelectric substrate 14. The pair of output terminals 32 (33) is connected to the respective output sides of the pair of SAW elements 18 (19). The input terminal 28 is connected to the respective input sides of the pair of SAW elements 18 (19) in common. In the pair of SAW elements 18 (19), the input sides oppose each other, and the center positions of the SAW elements 18, 19 are disposed at positions becoming symmetric with respect to the center line of the propagation direction of the SAW of the piezoelectric substrate 14.
