Disclosed are an X-ray imaging device and X-ray imaging method that are able to acquire a differential phase image or phase image of a subject from at least one imaging pass. The X-ray imaging device comprises a phase grating (130), absorption grating (150), detector (170), and arithmetic device (180). The arithmetic device (180) executes a Fourier transform process that acquires a spatial frequency spectrum by Fourier transformation of the intensity distribution of the moiré pattern acquired by the detector. This also executes a phase recovery process that separates the spectrum corresponding to a carrier frequency from the spatial frequency spectrum obtained by the Fourier transform process, and then uses inverse Fourier transform to acquire a differential phase image. |
