Endoscopic surgery system, for catching and closing anheart auricle in such a way to prevent the blood flow into the auricle cavity, comprising: -a ring-shaped tightening element (3), which tightens a noose (2) around the auricle to be occluded;5 -a main hollow body (4); -a push slider (7), housedin the main body (4) and sliding therein, whose push member (7) in turn has a proximal portion (10) perforated longitudinally in such a way to allow the passage of the noose (2)ends, such proximal portion (10) being capable to cooperate with the tightening element (3) in such a manner to drivingit intothe 10 occlusionmovement.
